2013-06-20: Aaron's Law Proposes to Reform Outdated Hacking Laws
Inspired by a movement on Reddit, Aaron's Law may be the lynchpin that finally brings sanity to the overzealous and overreaching prosecution of hacking-related incidents. It is named after Aaron Swartz, whose suicide after being persecuted by the US DOJ was one of the reasons that I started the Gibson Index.
