Earlier today, the @AFPPhoto twitter account was compromised. The hijackers began posting photos relating to the conflict in Syria, until the account was suspended.

Additionally, AFP (Agence France Press) reports that their staff have been inundated with phishing attempts, trying to gain access to their credentials by convincing them to log into a fake version of the website.
